Luna, wearing her nappy filled with soy sauce and rice and her bikini top filled with egg yolk, puts a t-shirt and shorts over the top (and some trainers on her feet) and ventures outside to walk around in public, and then do some self-wamming whilst out in public. The camera films in one continuous take to show her venturing outside in public... will anyone know that underneath she is wearing a trashed nappy. With the help of Lily who hands her the mess etc, she then opens the front of the shorts and nappy, so you get a look inside... while she's out in public. Then she puts another egg and more rice in the front and back of the bikini bottoms.

Before finally heading for home. On the way home the nappy starts to leak and mess is running down her legs. How embarrassing. Finally she makes it back to the sanctity of home.
