If you missed part 1, Dymphna cheated at cards, in order to ensure Luna took the freezing cold mess. Luna hated it and was almost in tears. Now she discovers Dymphnas cheating, and starts to get a messy revenge... and finds Dymphna hates freezing mess as much as she does. But wait, there's a twist... Dymphna lets slip she always fancied Luna. Turns out Luna feels the same and it's time for some serious snogging ('making out' I believe it is called across the pond), so the scene ends with both girls back on *very* good terms.
