The scene is like a remake of the tv programme where you get slimed if you say 'I Don't Know'.

Rafa triggers the initial pouring by saying "I don't know why I am here."

Rafa is acting very humiliated. There are plenty of "Oh My Gods".

Rafa triggers the second pouring by saying "I don't know why I got slimed." After the second bucket, Rafa unties himself and angrily takes off his clothes down to his briefs.

Rafa triggers the third bucket by saying "It's not fair. I only said "I don't know" Rafa triggers the final bucket by saying "'I don't Know' why I do this shit" After this sliming we see a feet close up. Then they gather some of the slops into a bucket and Rafa head dunks deep into that bucket a few times. Then they slowly pour the gathered slops bucket over him with same reactions from Rafa as above.

Then they gather up the slops once again and again and slowly pour the gathered slops bucket over him with same reactions from Rafa as above!
