It's the 2021 Strip Rock Paper Scissors Knockout tournament.

In this second semi-final, Ramon takes on Cillian. After each round of strip rps, the losing fella removes an item of clothing. First guy naked loses... and there's a special forfeit for the loser. He ends up having his head repeatedly dunked in a bucket of freezing cold water, having the rest of the bucket poured over him, then takes 12 shaving cream pies, then two buckets of slime, and finally some sprinkles to finish his humiliation off.

and then he is finally allowed to clean up... but maybe his punishment isn't quite finished!
