Here's the Monarch himself to explain his devious game

"This is my new exciting format for rps. In this girls' final Tefy will play Genesis. Remember both these girls have decided to risk their model fee in the hope of winning a big cash prize if they win the tournament. So there is lots of money at stake. It's the same Most Royal Monarch strip rps format you know and love, with the girl who loses the strip rps match taking the same head dunking and water followed by shaving cream pies and slime format we had in our tournament last year. We get to see the loser showering, and end with a skit where they get one last pie in their face.

Note: Oisin (the boy) does appear at the end of this episode in a very peripheral role, so if you don't like any boy appearing in your wam, then please buyer beware.
